  • We collect offline or through any other websites or apps; or
  • You provide to or are collected by any third party, including through third-party websites that you may access through the Services.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We may collect information from and about users of the Services:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us;
  • Automatically when you use the Services; and
  • From third parties, such as social media platforms on which you interact with our content and the platforms that distribute our App to various app stores.


Information You Provide to Us

When you use the Services, we may ask you to provide information by which you may be personally identified.

  • Personal Information.

We only receive or collect information that identifies you personally if you choose to provide such personally identifiable information to us via email or other means. When you sign up to become a user or contact us, you will be required to provide us with personal information about yourself (collectively, the “Personal Information”). Such Personal Information may include your name, e-mail address, physical address, and phone number. We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you use the Platform unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily.

  • Contact and account information.

When you use the Website to communicate with us about our products or download the App, we will ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, gender, and birthdate.

  • Order Information.

When you use the Website to make a purchase, we will collect your billing and shipping address, your invoicing and payment information, and information about your order history, deliveries, and returns and refunds.

  • Novumedical Inc Session Information.

When you use the App to connect to your wearable device, we will collect information that you provide about your session with the device, including your session rating and your journaling notes about the session.

  • Inquiry and Support Information.

When you use the Services to contact or communicate with us to ask questions, or for customer support, we will collect the information you submit, which may include your name and contact information, as well as the contents of your messages.


Information We Collect Automatically

We may obtain certain information by automated means when you use this website. The type of information we collect by automated means may vary, but generally includes technical information about your devices, such as IP address or another device identifier. The information we collect also may include usage information and statistics about your interaction with this website. That information may include the specific page of our web pages that you visited, page views, time spent on a page, number of clicks, platform type, and other information about how you used this website.

In addition, when you download and install the App, we may receive aggregate data from the platforms that distribute our App to various app stores, such as the number of people who download the App and mobile set-up information (e.g., device model, App version, country, language, and mobile carrier). We do not, however, receive information unique to you or your use of our Apps from these third parties.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us through the Services for purposes that may include:

  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Novumedical Inc. assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by Novumedical Inc. about users of our Services is among the assets transferred.   We may also disclose aggregated or anonymous information about our users to third parties without restriction.


Your Choices

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.

 Behavioral Advertising

As described above, we and third parties with whom we work collect certain information through the Services to provide you with targeted advertisements. 

  • Promotion by Novumedical Inc

If you do not want us to use your email address to promote our products or services, you can opt-out by clicking the “unsubscribe” link that is included in all of our email messages.

  • Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change certain contact and account information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page. 

  • Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms, but you may be able to control the use of cookies and other similar technologies as described above.



We may send you newsletters and other communications, such as marketing emails, SMS text messages, and information about our services, and notify you of relevant specials and other discount opportunities, if you opt-in.

We have zero tolerance for unsolicited SMS and commercial e-mail (UCL) also referred to as junk email or spam. We strictly adhere to and comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act), which prohibits us from sending unsolicited commercial messages. All users of our website and services who opt-in to receive electronic newsletters, SMS, or other electronic communication from us will always be presented with the option to opt-out.

If you opt-out from one of our electronic communication means, you may continue to receive messages from us via any other means you have subscribed to until you opt-out from each of our electronic communication means individually.

Collection of Personal Information from Children

The Services are not designed for, or directed to, children under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information from a minor under the age of 18. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 and you believe we have inadvertently received information about that child, please contact us. We encourage parents to take an active role in their children’s online activities and to talk with their children about disclosing personally identifiable information to websites.
